Since February 21 to March 17, 2020, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon rose to 120, including the cases that were diagnosed at Rafik Hariri University Hospital and the other cases reported by the listed University hospitals. (An additional 11 cases have been reported since yesterday)
Two recoveries from coronavirus were registered after the PCR tests of the two patients came back negative twice in 48 hours.
The Ministry of Public Health is following up on the suspect cases and those who came in contact with them as well as the people who travelled from countries where local cases have been reported.
The Ministry of Public Health urges all the citizens to comply with the strict measures taken by the official authorities and stay home, unless absolutely necessary.
