The Director of the Medical Care Directorate at the Ministry of Public Health Dr. Joseph El Helou was granted an award  during "The Award" festival organized by "First Class Investment" and held at Aresco Palace Theater in Hamra last Saturday. During the ceremony, Lebanese and Arab dignitaries and innovators in different fields were honoured.
