Since February 21 to March 14, 2020, the total number of confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Lebanon rose to 93, including the cases that were diagnosed at Rafik Hariri University Hospital and the other cases reported by the listed University hospitals.
The Ministry of Public Health is following up on the collection of specimens from all the suspect cases and is checking on all the people who travelled from countries where local cases have been reported and those who came in contact with them, except for some recently diagnosed cases that are under epidemiological investigation. The ministry confirms that all the remaining cases are related to incoming infected patients.
The Ministry of Public Health urges all the citizens to comply with the strict measures taken by the official authorities and stay home, unless absolutely necessary.
