Transfering an Amount of the Financial Ceiling of Private Hospitals in Akkar to Abdalla Elrassi Government's Hospital in Halba
استناداً الى تكرار حالات الوفاة على أبواب المستشفيات في عكار، وآخرها الطفل عبد الرؤوف الحولي، قرر وزير الصحة العامة وائل ابو فاعور تخفيض السقف المالي الذي كان معتمداً في العقود الموقعة مع المستشفيات الخاصة في عكار بمبلغ مليار ليرة وتحويلها الى مستشفى عبدالله الراسي الحكومي في حلبا.
