بعدما احال نائب رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الحصة العامة غسان حاصباني بتاريخ 22 تموز 2018 تقرير مفوض الحكومة في المؤسسة العامة لمستشفى جزين الحكومي بشأن مخالفات رئيس مجلس الادراة جوزف كسرواني الى التفتيش المركزي، وبعدما تابع حاصباني الامر واجتمع في 8 تشرين الاول 2018 مع اعضاء مجلس الادارة فيما تخلّف كسرواني عن الحضور كما تواصل مع "التفتيش المركزي" للاسراع باتخاذ الاجراءات اللازمة بحق من تثبت عليه مخالفات ادارية ومالية، اوقف "التفتيش" رئيس مجلس ادارة مستشفى جزين عن العمل...

بناء على معلومات وردت عن شراء احد المواطنين حليب موزع من وزارة الصحة وغير مخصص للبيع من احد الصيدليات في البقاع الاوسط، توجه على الفور التفتيش الصيدلي الى المكان حيث لم يعثر على اي عبوة من الحليب. ولكن لدى التواصل مع المواطن المذكور اعلاه والتحقيق مع الصيدلية اعترفت احدى الموظفات لديها انها اشترت الحليب من رجل قال انه فاضت الكمية عن توأم لديه وبسبب العوز عمد الى بيعه.
