Beirut Forum of Arab Hospital Federation is set to host Arab Health Ministers and decision makers in the International and regional organizations working in the fields of health care and economy and representatives of Arab Health institutions, as well as local and regional experts. The core areas are to focus on opening the pharmaceutical markets, the development and exchange of human capital and training, and the promotion of investment opportunities in the field of medical tourism. The forum will discuss mainly the formation of an accreditation body for the Arab Health facilities and the sustainability of high-quality and economic performance in the Arab Health institutions.

Minister Jabak stressed during the meeting on the importance of collaboration between Lebanon and the Arab countries in the hospitalization sector to control diseases that have no political or geographic boundaries. The joint Arab efforts, thanks to the social interaction between the Arab countries can help achieve an integration that ensures the interests of the Arab citizen, in spite of the political differences.

He noted that the Council of Arab Health Ministers and the Federation Forum are not only about expressing attitudes, but a project will be prepared to determine the foundations of health cooperation between the Arab countries and how to achieve integration and turn words into actions.
