التدريب على "سلسلة التبريد"

بحلول نهاية العام 2008، حصل لبنان على شهادة سلسلة التبريد الدولية من منظمة الصحة العالمية واليونيسيف، لتصبح بين الدول الخمس في جميع أنحاء العالم للحصول على هذه الشهادة. وفي هذا الإطار، عملية تخزين و نقل اللقاحات التي تنفذها وزارة الصحة العامة يتم التحكم بها مركزياً وتوزع على مستوى المناطق. عند استلام اللقاحات، يتم تخزينها مركزياً في غرف التبريد مجهزة بنظام مراقبة درجة الحرارة. بعد ذلك، يتم نقل اللقاحات إلى المناطق المختلفة وتخزينها في برادات شمسية وكهربائية و تعمل على الغاز. من أجل ضمان سلامة التخزين والتعامل مع اللقاحات بطريقة صحيحية على مستوى المناطق، أقامت دائرة الرعاية الصحية الأولية في وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع اليونيسيف تحت مشروع الIFS بتدريب ضباط لوجستيين ومدربين من كافة المناطق اللبنانية على سلسلة التبريد التي تتضمن تركيب وصيانة برادات تعمل على نظام الطاقة الشمسية. عقدت المرحلة الأولى من هذا التدريب خلال شهر تشرين الثاني 2014 الذي شمل 15 مشاركاً من ممثلي وزارة الصحة العامة من مناطق مختلفة. وشمل التدريب 4 أيام تدريب نظري يعقبه 8 أيام تدريب عملي. وتم تقسيم التدريب العملي إلى يومي تركيب للبرادات الشمسية في الموقع المختار من كل مبطقة.
