التدريب على كيفية إختبار السل وإدارة فاعلية اللقاحات

من أجل منع انتشار السل في لبنان على ضوء تدفق اللاجئين السوريين، ومع العلم أن مرض السل معروف لكونه منتشراً في سوريا، خبراء وطنيين منمجتمعات حائزة على شهادة ضد شلل الأطفال وممثلين من منظمة الصحة العالمية اقترحوا تقديم اختبار الPPD للأطفال من العمر السنة. ونتيجة لذلك، أطلقت دائرة الرعاية الصحية الأولية في وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع برنامج مكافحة السل في وزارة الصحةومنظمة الصحة العالمية برنامج تدريبي لمقدمي الرعاية الصحية في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية والمستوصفات من جميع أنحاء لبنان على كيفية القيام بفحص اختبار السل الPPD.
وتألفت حلقات التدريب من 13 جلسة تغطي 26 منطقة في أنحاء لبنان ،وامتدت من 7 الى 30 كانون الثاني 2015.
وكان الهدف من التدريب إطلاق الفحص الوطني لفيروس السل في جميع مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية والمستوصفات في لبنان للأطفال الصغار اللبنانيين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين السنة والسنتين من العمر. بالإضافة إلى فحص الأطفال الرضع اللبنانيين الذين هم فوق 6 أشهر من العمر ويرتادون الى دور الحضانة . أما بالنسبة للاجئين السوريين  وبما أن لقاح الBCG هو جزء من جدول التطعيم، تكفلت زارة الصحة بتوفير لقاح الBCG لحديثي الولادة والأطفال السورييين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 0-5 سنوات من العمر في لبنان من قبل وحدات طبية متنقلة وممولة من قبل اليونيسيف.
وتضمن البرنامج أهمية فحص فيروس السل لمنع انتشار هذا المرض وتدريب مقدمي الرعاية الصحية حول كيفية تنفيذه وقراءة النتائج بشكل صحيح. وتضمن التدريب أيضاً تدريباً عملياً على كيفية إجراء اختبار الPPD .
وفي إطار التدريب، تم التطرق الى موضوع إدارة اللقاحات وتخزينها ورصد درجات الحرارة لقاح . بالإضافة الى مناقشة أهمية التوثيق وإعداد التقارير المتعلقة ببرنامج التلقيح الوطني من أجل توحيد عملية التوثيق و إدارة سلسلة التبريد ضمن شبكة الرعاية الصحية الأولية . تم عرض النماذج الحديثة لتوثيق اللقاح وتبليغ درجة الحرارة وتدريب العاملين على تدوينها. أخيرا ، وقدم تم أيضا التطرق الى الرزمة الوطنية للقاحات الأساسية الحديثة.
