تدريب الممرضات بالتعاون مع نقابة الممرضين والممرضات في لبنان

كجزء من أهداف وزارة الصحة العامة للتعاون مع نقابات،ومؤسسات أكاديمية وغيرها من وكالات حكومية ،تعمل وزارة الصحة العامة بشكل وثيق مع نقابة الممرضات والممرضين في لبنان من أجل ضمان بناء قدرات ممرضي مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية على صعيد لبنان. لذلك، وبناءً على توصيات اعتماد كندا المتعلقة بالثغرات المماثلة بين مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية، حلقات عمل تدريبية أقيمت لمعالجة هذه الثغرات.
على مدى فترة ثلاثة أشهر ممتدة من شهر تشرين الأول إلى كانون الأول 2014، نظمت دائرة الرعاية الصحية الأولية في وزارة الصحة العامة بالتعاون مع نقابة الممرضات والممرضين في لبنان واليونيسيف ورشة عمل تدريبية للممرضات والممرضينالذين يعملون في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية. انطلقت ورشة عمل تدريبية يوم الجمعة 31 أكتوبر وانتهت يوم الجمعة 17 ديسمبر 2014.
هدفت ورشة العمل إلى فرض الدور الأساسي الذي يقدمه الممرض من خلال الرعاية الصحية، تثقيف المرضى، والتوعية العامة و التوجيه. لذلك، تألفت ورشة العمل من ثلاث مراحل، المرحلة الأولى مكونة من ثلاث دورات تدريبية وتعالج المواضيع التالية: مكافحة العدوى و التطعيم، القضايا المهنية، والتقييم الصحي. وتضمنت هذه الورشة من 225 ممرض للتدريب.
 
الدورة الأولى تناولت مكافحة العدوى للوقاية من الأمراض المعدية في الرعاية الصحية على مستوى المركز وعلى مستوى العاملين في مجال الرعاية الصحية. وشملت الدورة الثانية التقييم الصحي وكيفية توثيق المعلومات. والدورة الثالثة والنهائية تناولت القضايا المهنية، بما في ذلك الممارسات الأخلاقية للصحة العامة، القيادة والإدارة وإطار تعزيز النظم الاجتماعية والصحية، وأهمية التواصل.
بحلول نهاية المرحلة الأولى من ورشة العمل، تم إعطاء المشاركين شهادات حضور.
