إنجازات البرنامج

 
إنجازات البرنامج للعام 2017
  1. إدخال لقاح الشلل العضلي و لقاح الحصبة، الحصبة الألمانية، و أبو كعب  (MMR) في نقاط التلقيح على المعابر الحدودية  وذلك لتأمين الحماية الكاملة للأطفال النازحين من هذه الأمراض، تبعاً لبروتوكول الاستجابة لأزمة النزوح. كما و تم تكثيف التعاون مع قوى الأمن العام لضمان تلقيح كافة الأطفال الواردين عبر هذه المعابر.
  2. التعاون و التنسيق المستمر مع الشركاء و فريق الترصد الوبائي لمتابعة تلقيح الأطفال النازحين و المتسربين ونشر التوعية حول أهمية التحصين و العمل على تأمين أفضل خدمة تلقيح في مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية و المستوصفات مجاناً.
  3. المتابعة المستمرة للمستوصفات و مراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية بالتعاون مع طبابات الأقضية  لضمان عدم تسرب أي طفل من لقاح الشلل العضلي في سياق الاستجابة لإنتشار حالات شلل الأطفال في سوريا.
 
إنجازات البرنامج للعام 2015
  1. حملات تعقب وطنية للمتسربين:
  • آذار 2015: تم تلقيح 384888 طفل بلقاح شلل الأطفال الفموي وإكمال كافة اللقاحات الروتينية
  • نيسان 2015:تم تلقيح 421691 طفل بلقاح شلل الأطفال الفموي وإكمال كافة اللقاحات الروتينية
  1. أنشطة تعقب الأطفال النازحين الى لبنان في العام 2015 من خلال:
  • مراكز تسجيل النازحين بالتعاون مع UNICEF و UNHCR وBeyond:
    • شلل الأطفال الفموي: 118833
    • حصبة: 164955
  • نقاط العبور الحدودية بالتعاون مع الأمن العام اللبناني
    • شلل الأطفال الفموي: 59820
    • حصبة: 37599
  1.  تعزيز التلقيح الروتيني: من خلال المدارس ودور الحضانة ومراكز الرعاية الصحية الأولية
  2. التعاون مع القطاع الخاص: خلال حملات التلقيح ومن خلال توفير لقاحات شلل الأطفال الفموي (OPV) ولقاح الحصبة وأبو كعب والحصبة الألمانية (MMR) الى العيادات الخاص
  3. تحصين في السجون: بالتعاون مع جمعية بيوند ل3951 سجين، منهم أحداث وبالغين وأطفال لأمهات سجينات
  4. تحصين فرق توضيب النفايات: بالتعاون مع جمعية بيوند لتحصين 310 متطوعين بالغين من جمعيات أهلية تقوم بتوضيب النفايات بالتعاون مع البلديات وفرح العطاء
  5. تدريبات: تدريب 970 عامل صحي على "الإدارة الفعالة للَقاح" في كافة المناطق اللبنانية بالتعاون مع UNICEF و Beyond
